Content of a template
All HTML website templates you can download/purchase here are compiled into a zip-file. These zip-files will usually contain:
- HTML files
The HTML files are the actual structure of the website. These files will contain your content.
One or more files may be present in a template, depending on the different page views possible.
All my HTML files are hand coded and are made to be as structured and clear as possible. Where necessary comments are added into the code to show you where to write your content.
- CSS file
The CSS file contains the presentation and embellishments of the website. You will not have to change anything to this file. - Images
These are the images that make up the template in JPEG, GIF or PNG format. - PSD file
Sometimes it will be possible to make edits to the design. For that purpose a PSD file will be included with the template.
